This is our tried and true sourdough pizza dough recipe. While this will make great pizzas in your home kitchen oven, it's been optimized for oven temperatures over 700° F like what you get in a backyard wood-fired pizza oven or the Ooni.
Each dough weighs 275g and will make one 10-12 inch pizza.
